Workers at a turkey processing factory

We invite workers for employment at a turkey processing plant in Poland. The job involves various responsibilities depending on the position.

Working Conditions:

• Rate: 24-25 PLN/hour (net).
• Accommodation: 20-25 PLN/day.
• Working hours:
  • Main shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (arrival at the factory at 5:30 AM).
  • Packaging works as needed until 8:00 PM.
• Transport:
  • The company bus transports workers from Gorzów to the factory. Departure is at 5:00 AM, and the bus picks up people along the route through the city.
  • Those who wish to work overtime must have their own transportation.

Available Vacancies:

Physical Workers

• Responsibilities: Hanging turkey carcasses (18 kg) or live turkeys (23 kg).
• Requirements: Physical endurance.

Meat Cutting Workers

• Responsibilities: Cutting meat from bones with a knife.
• Requirements: Mandatory experience in similar work!

Forklift Operator (1 person)

• Responsibilities: Work in the UTD area.
• Requirements: Basic knowledge of the Polish language. Physical work is not required, only operating the forklift.

HALAL Worker (1 person)

• Responsibilities: Packaging meat according to HALAL standards.
• Requirements: Muslim worker.

Cleaners at the Factory

• Schedule: 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM.
• Responsibilities: Cleaning production areas.
• Requirements: The cleaning supervisor must know Polish.

Packaging Department Inspectors

• Responsibilities: Monitoring labeling machines, checking product names.
• Requirements: Knowledge of Polish or English.

Additional Conditions:

✔ Hiring Process:

• Conducted every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 AM by packaging and cutting managers.

✔ Language Requirements:

• Workers must know Polish, Russian, or English.
• The group leader (in the case of Colombians) must have a good command of at least one of these languages.

✔ Physical Requirements:

• Minimum height – from 1.60 m.
• Age – up to 55 years.

✔ Nationality:

• We accept candidates of any nationality except citizens of Georgia.

✔ Temperature Conditions:

• Work is conducted in a cool environment at +6°C.

✔ Salary Payments:

• 03-04 of each month – receipt of the list of hours worked.
• 07-08 of each month – receipt of invoices and attachments.
• Salary payments – 10-17 of each month.

✔ Bonuses:

• Paid without additional deductions.

✔ Uniform and Training:

• Each worker receives clothing, equipment, on-the-job training, and a personal locker.
• IMPORTANT: If a worker resigns within the first 3 days or is dismissed, the company does not cover these days.

✔ Residence Legality Control:

• Workers must have legal status in Poland, a sanitary book, and undergo occupational safety training.
• Document checks by border control are conducted twice a year.

✔ Management Positions:

• The manager must speak Polish or English and provide clear instructions for work on a permanent basis.
